Cancellation Policy

Many of the classes and programs sell out. For this reason, I kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class/workshop. This will allow me to offer your time to another client. You may call to cancel at 207-420-7950 between the hours of 9am-6pm. A cancellation text is also acceptable within 24 hours. If this is a live/in-person appointment or class and you are ill, exceptions will be made on an individual basis. Refunds will not be given, but an equal value class or workshop at a later date. Please note, no refunds will be provided. However, if you give at least 24 hour notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another class/workshop/event. However, if you do not cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made for that time period.
