    • The first Personal Training Session
    • will be a fitness assetment and SMART goal setting

    • Subsequent sessions will be customized workouts
    • designed to build on your skills & strength for progression
    • If you are looking for functional fitness using basic home
    • equipment and your own body weight with a focus on form
    • we will be a successful team working together to achieve

    • The first Thursday of each month will be a wellness related
    • topic presented in a live, 30 minute zoom format
    • with an extra 5 minutes for questions and answers.
    • These workshops are for anybody limited on time
    • but curious about a topic, excited to delve in deeper
    • or just set the tone for intentional wellness in that month.
